I presently see life through a set of eyes unlike ever before. When going through my day-to-day activities, I am always looking for areas of opportunity and ways to help others. The secret to my success has been to come up with a way for me to serve as many people as possible. It took a very long time to accomplish, but I know now I have found it. All my friends and family know that I work in the communications industry and because everyone I know, as well as everyone I don't know, has a need for the products and services I provide, they all come to me for help, advice, and any other support with their cell phones, TV, Internet, computers, etc. I get many random calls from people who need my expert opinion and I'm always willing to do whatever I can to assist them. I have come to be known as "The Expert" in my field. As I mentioned, the largest area of opportunity and an ever-growing demand is in the field of Communications. Everyone already has or will have a demand for one or more of the following products: Cell Phone, Home Phone, High-Speed Internet, Computer, Satellite TV, and/or Home Security. Although I try to help every customer to the fullest, I'm also relieved of dealing with products, warranty issues, billing questions/concerns, or any other customer service related tasks.
